We have several accommodations to choose from. We cater to your desires, so let us know where you would like to stay, or tell us what services you would like in terms of your stay. All of the lodges and house rentals we work with are first class, and you will be satisfied with the service you receive - guaranteed.

What to bring with you on your Kodiak Island adventure:

Dress in layers. Bring your waders if you like to fly fish. We provide good fly rods, but if you have one that you particularly like, bring it along. None of the accommodations sell alcoholic beverages. BYOB is welcome but you will need to purchase your beverages in Kodiak before you get to the lodge. Upon your arrival to the Kodiak airport, your taxi driver Alvin, will take you downtown Kodiak for fishing licenses and a trip to the liquor store, if desired.

Village of Port Lions Package

All Village of Port Lions vacation packages include the following:

• Excursions: full days guided boat outings: sport fishing and/or wildlife viewing catered to your desires
• Lodging: clean, comfortable, newly remodeled, oceanfront    
• Transportation: by boat or airplane between the city of Kodiak and the Village of Port Lions
• Travel insurance: a sportsman travel insurance policy protects your investment
• Fish processing: filleted to your desired portion size, vacuum sealed (up to 50 lb per person), frozen, and boxed (over 50 lb of fish per person is $1.50 per lb.)

KODIAK PARADISE LODGE

Oceanfront full service lodge with all meals prepared and served. Newly remodeled, clean and comfortable. Your hosts Melvin Squartsoff and his daughter Sara own and operate the lodge and are native to the area. Gorgeous view of Settler's Cove with a half mile walking bridge (causeway) right next door. Lodge accommodates 12 persons comfortably.  Dining room, 2 lounges, washers and dryers, 4 bedrooms, and 4 full bathrooms.

Raspberry Island Package

Our Raspberry Island vacation packages include the following:

• Excursions: full days guided boat outings: sport fishing and/or wildlife viewing, sea kayaking, and guided hikes into the Sitka Spruce rain forest, catered to your desires
• Lodging: clean, comfortable, new, oceanfront facility
• Transportation: by boat or airplane between the city of Kodiak and Big Timber Lodge / Raspberry Island
• Travel insurance: a sportsman travel insurance policy protects your investment
• Fish processing: filleted to your desired portion size, vacuum sealed (up to 50 lb per person), frozen, and boxed (over 50 lb of fish per person is $1.50 per lb.)

BIG TIMBER LODGE

Located on remote Raspberry Island. Built in the fall of 2006 / spring of 2007. Full service lodge, oceanfront with all meals prepared and served in the main building. Your hosts are Richard and Tami Starr, and Lee and Lucinda Neel. Lee and Lucinda have operated the highly successful "On the Cape Bed & Breakfast" in the city of Kodiak for many years before moving to Raspberry Island and beginning their new venture "Big Timber Lodge". Richard and Lee are your guides on the water, and they have been avid sport fishermen in the area for 30+ years. The lodge has three private cabins: "Whale's Tail", "Eagle's Nest", and "Bear's Den". Each cabin accommodates 4 people. Washer and dryer are available for guests. The wood fired sauna makes for a great relaxing evening after a day's outing.
